You really don't need to be a star chef or wine connoisseur to start with us. Motivation and a smile are much more important.

Catering staff (service): You are the face of Groot Speijck. You take orders, serve drinks and dishes and make sure guests leave happy. No experience with a tray? No stress, we'll teach you.
Kitchen heroes (dishwashing & kitchen help): Do you enjoy popping behind the scenes? Help us prepare lunch dishes or make sure the sink kitchen is tightly organised. Music on and go!
Trainees (BOL/BBL): we are a recognised training company. Are you looking for a cool internship in the hospitality industry where you will receive real guidance? Join us! We are happy to share our knowledge with you.

From what age?
You can work for us from the age of 15 (e.g. in dishwashing or as a runner). From 16, you can also work in the service or kitchen. Together, we will see what suits you best.
What do I earn?
